Empathy. Empathy is the way to recognition, understand, and be self-aware of feelings and emotions in another. Some of said that having empathy might be the most important 21st-century career readiness skill today transcending leadership, culture, and innovation; but, as secondary agricultural educators, how do we present authentic learning opportunities to bring this to life for adolescents?
